The music landscape is buzzing this week, particularly within the country genre, as a wave of significant new releases and collaborations have landed on July 14th, 2025. From established stars to rising talents, the airwaves are filled with fresh sounds for fans.

New EPs and Star-Studded Collaborations Arrive

Riley Green has delivered a compelling new acoustic EP titled “Midtown Sessions.” Released via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment and produced by Erik Dylan, the EP offers fans an intimate look at Green’s songwriting prowess. Adding to the week’s excitement, country music titans Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton have joined forces for a new song, “A Song To Sing.” This highly anticipated track was penned by a talented team including Jesse Frasure and Jenee Fleenor, promising a powerful vocal and lyrical experience.

Genre-Bending Releases and Sophomore Efforts

Pushing the boundaries of genre, hip-hop artist Yelawolf and urban country artist J. Michael Phillips have unveiled their collaborative album, “Whiskey & Roses.” This project is set to explore the rich intersection of their distinct musical styles. Meanwhile, Noah Cyrus is making waves with the release of her much-anticipated sophomore studio album, “I WANT MY LOVED ONES TO GO WITH ME,” marking another significant step in her burgeoning career.

“The Voice” Alum and Emerging Artists Shine

Fans of NBC’s “The Voice” will be pleased to hear from Ian Flanigan, a standout finalist from the competition. Flanigan has announced his latest project, “Earth and Airwaves,” adding to the week’s robust offering. Further enriching the release schedule, Priscilla Block has also dropped new music, demonstrating her continued impact on the country music scene. The Marcus King Band also features prominently with a new release this week, reinforcing their reputation as a powerhouse live act.

A Look Ahead: More Anticipated Releases on the Horizon
