Hudson Westbrook Seals Major Label Deal, Celebrates Gold Single

T-BoneT-BoneJune 4, 20252 Minutes read

Breakout Texas country artist Hudson Westbrook has officially inked a record deal with River House Artists, in partnership with Warner Music Nashville, marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career. The celebratory announcement coincided with a June 3rd Whiskey Jam event, where Westbrook was honored with a plaque recognizing his RIAA Gold certified single, “House Again.”

Charting a Course to Success

Westbrook’s highly anticipated debut album, titled “Texas Forever,” is slated for release on July 25th. The album promises to showcase the rising star’s evolving sound, featuring fan-favorite tracks that have already propelled him into the spotlight. Among the notable inclusions are the Gold-certified “House Again,” alongside other compelling songs such as “Sober,” “Mine Tomorrow,” and “Dressed Down.”

Originally hailing from Stephenville, Texas, Westbrook made his industry debut in 2024 with the single “Take It Slow.” His authentic sound and relatable storytelling quickly resonated with audiences, leading to grassroots success with subsequent hits like “Two Way Drive” and the aforementioned “House Again.” To date, Westbrook has amassed an impressive 400 million global streams, a testament to his rapidly growing international fanbase. His significant impact has not gone unnoticed by industry tastemakers; Westbrook was recognized as Billboard’s December Country Rookie of the Month and has been prominently featured as a 2025 Artist to Watch by numerous leading publications.

National Recognition and Upcoming Performances

The momentum behind Hudson Westbrook is palpable, with industry accolades and significant streaming numbers underscoring his arrival. His consistent output and undeniable connection with fans have positioned him as one of the most exciting new voices in country music. Demonstrating his commitment to live performances and engaging with his audience, Westbrook is scheduled to perform at multiple stages across CMA Fest, further solidifying his presence on the national country music calendar.

Industry Milestones and Notable Achievements

In parallel industry news, veteran artist Jason Aldean has achieved a career milestone, securing his 30th No. 1 hit at country radio with the single “Whiskey Drink.” This achievement, featured on his album “Highway Desperado,” places Aldean in an exceptionally exclusive echelon of artists who have surpassed the 30-chart-topper mark. Meanwhile, songwriter Blake Pendergrass continues to make his mark on the charts, currently holding the No. 3 position on the MusicRow Top Songwriter Chart. Pendergrass boasts an impressive catalog of credits, including the widely recognized Warren Zeiders hit “Relapse,” Jelly Roll’s powerful track “Heart Of Stone,” and a remarkable 15 songs featured on Morgan Wallen’s chart-topping album, “I’m The Problem.”

Looking Ahead

The record deal with River House Artists / Warner Music Nashville signifies a new chapter for Hudson Westbrook, promising expanded reach and resources to further cultivate his career. With his debut album on the horizon and a string of successful singles already under his belt, Westbrook is poised for continued growth and impact within the country music landscape. His journey from Stephenville to national recognition serves as an inspiring narrative for aspiring artists, highlighting the power of authentic storytelling and dedicated fan engagement.
